speed and direction are downloaded every 20 seconds and processed every 5 minutes. This information is displayed on Cybit's accurate street level mapping and the system also provides live updates, detailed reports and real-time traffic conditions.
Fleetstar-AVL is also available with Smartnav from Trafficmaster an ‘off-board’ satellite navigation and route planning system that provides speech based directions every step of your journey. Smartnav gathers real-time traffic information from
an established network of cameras and sensors around the UK to help your drivers plan routes better, avoid heavy traffic and reduce stress.
