The visit is completely free of charge and we usually find that you could make substantial savings due to having been put on a tariff that is not suitable for you resulting in paying to much for your calls.

The meeting is normally between 20 and 30 minutes long. During this time, not only will we go through your phone usage and show you how much we could save you, we will spend time talking about what phone and network features you require and help you find the right handset and network additions to make your new phone and contract exactly what you need. We will usually recommend that you start off on a slightly lower tariff as you can upgrade to a higher tariff at any time during your contract without penalty, but during the first six months you can't reduce the tariff below the one you started with.

Accessories Available For Most Mobile Phones
We supply a full range of accessories for most mobile phones whether old or new. Also, you may find that you require a car kit or Bluetooth headset so you can stay in contact while driving. To make life even simpler we also have an authorized repair centre. We can repair most phones and nearly all faults can be fixed. You can be assured that our qualified engineers will do their best to sort out any faults as quickly as possible. We aim to get your phone repaired and delivered within 48 hours.
